Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, acting as the voice of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • must be able to pass a background check.

  • Own a laptop or desktop computer with wifi.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship)

  • Management systems and practices.
